How much does shipping cost?

If you're ordering medication through our preferred pharmacies, express delivery is available for $14.95 via StarTrack for fast and secure shipping.

How long will shipping take?

Delivery times may vary based on your location. On average, it can take 3-5 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

Due to the nature of your medication, couriers are unable to leave your parcel unattended. A signature on delivery is required, otherwise the order will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office to be collected at your convenience.

If I am picking up, do you provide all the paperwork i need?

We provide everything needed (e.g., SAS-B/Authorised Prescriber details) with your eScript.
