Which concession cards does Herbly accept?
Herbly accepts a valid Health Care Card, DVA Veteran Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card or Pensioner Concession Card. Your card must be current and issued in the patient’s name.
How much is the consultation discount?
Verified concession cardholders receive 20% off every Herbly doctor consultation while their concession status remains current.
Is the nurse consultation free?
Yes. Your first nurse consultation is free under the Herbly Concessions program. Other appointment fees will be explained before you book.
How do I verify my concession card?
Have your valid physical or eligible digital card ready during onboarding. Our team will explain how to provide it securely and confirm when your concession status has been registered.
Does the 20% discount apply to products?
The 20% discount applies to doctor consultation fees. Other concession benefits may be available, and verified cardholders can ask their doctor about Herbly’s value range where clinically appropriate.
Does a concession card guarantee a prescription?
No. Concession status provides access to financial benefits only. Treatment and prescribing decisions are based on your individual circumstances and the doctor’s independent clinical judgement.
