How much do your consultations cost?

At Herbly, initial consultations are $19, and follow-up consultations are $19.

For most patients, we recommend a review appointment around 1 month and again at 4 months after starting treatment.

How much does your medicine cost?

Our clinical team is trained to consider your budget and treatment goals when recommending alternative therapies.

If you have concerns about affordability, just let your healthcare provider know during your consultation.

Will I have to pay for my medication during the consult?

No, medications are not paid for during the telehealth appointment. You can choose to purchase your medication after your consultation if you wish.

Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?

At Herbly, we aim to keep pricing simple and transparent. Aside from your consultation fees and medication costs, there’s only one additional fee to be aware of:

We can arrange for your medication and any necessary approvals to be transmitted either to you directly or to your chosen pharmacy.

In such cases, a $50 administrative fee will apply per script to cover the costs of collating and securely transmitting your script and documentation.

This covers the time and resources required to securely collate, process, and transmit your medication and approvals to your chosen pharmacy.
