Am I eligible for alternative healthcare?

To be eligible for treatment, you must:

  • Have a diagnosed chronic condition for at least 3+ months.
  • Have tried other treatments for your condition; and
  • Those treatments were not fully effective or caused unwanted side effects.

What is the process?

Step 1: Begin with the Herbly alternative healthcare test - new patients will then have a quick nurse consult to confirm requirements.

Step 2: If you are eligible you will then be directed to a Telehealth appointment with our expert team of doctors.

Step 3: Have your medicine delivered to your door or pick up your medication from your preferred pharmacy.

Step 4: Book a follow-up appointment with us for script repeats and health recommendations.

How much does the medication cost?

The cost of your medication will depend on your condition, symptom severity, and how frequently treatment is required.

To get a personalised recommendation and treatment plan, book a call with one of our nurses.

How do I book my first appointment?

To begin, simply fill out our 30 second eligibility questionnaire here.

Once completed, you'll be able to select a consultation time with our registered nurse to understand your symptoms, goals, and medical history.

If treatment may be suitable, you’ll then have a follow-up chat with one of our doctors to finalise a plan.

Do I need a referral?

No, for most patients you don’t need a referral to get started with Herbly.

All our doctors are practicing GPs with extensive experience in alternative therapies.

In some cases, if you are taking other prescription medications, we may request a health summary from your GP.

Our team of professionals is well-versed in combining modern medicine with holistic treatment options, ensuring you receive the best care possible.
