Transparent fee
When you choose your own pharmacy, we apply this fee to cover the extra coordination, compliance paperwork, sourcing checks, and follow-ups needed outside our partner network.
Why do we charge this fee? Using a non-partner pharmacy creates extra work to confirm stock, manage alternatives with your clinician, share TGA/SAS-B or Authorised Prescriber details, and track progress - this fee keeps the service sustainable and fair.

Things to know when picking up
📦 Available stock:
Your pharmacy must agree to dispense the same brand and strength prescribed. If they suggest a substitute, your clinician must approve first.
⏱️ Timeframes:
Most items aren’t kept in-stock. Ordering can add 1–5 business days (longer if back-ordered).
💵 Pricing:
Pharmacies set their own prices, which may differ from our partner pharmacies.
📜 Paperwork included:
We provide everything needed (e.g., SAS-B/Authorised Prescriber details) with your eScript.
🪪 Repeats & ID:
Bring photo ID for pickup. Repeats stay on your token and can be used at the same pharmacy.

Can I avoid the fee?
Yes - use a Herbly partner pharmacy (pickup or delivery) and the script fee doesn’t apply.
What if my pharmacy can’t get the product?
We’ll coordinate with your clinician to review safe alternatives. Any change must be clinician-approved before dispensing.
Do I pay $50 for each repeat later on?
The fee applies per script when we process the request. If multiple scripts are sent together, your total is capped at $150 for that request.
Can you send to a different pharmacy next time?
Absolutely. Tell us the new pharmacy and we’ll update your eScript routing.
Do you share my medical info?
We share only what’s necessary for safe, legal dispensing - securely and in line with Australian privacy and TGA requirements.
