Your Herbly journey starts free - with a nurse call to check eligibility and walk through your medical history.
From there, if it looks suitable, we’ll book you in with a doctor for a low-cost $19 consultation. This is a full phone conversation with a qualified, compassionate clinician who takes the time to understand your health, history, and goals.
If you continue with us, follow-up consultations are also just $19. No extra admin charges, no lock-in packages.

The cost of your treatment will depend on what’s prescribed, but here’s the key difference with Herbly, we prioritise what works for you - not just clinically, but financially too.
Medications start from $119, and we’ll always be transparent about options and pricing before you commit.
Your doctor will only recommend what’s needed and will work within your budget. If you ever have concerns about cost, please speak up - no judgement, just support, and practical ways to keep care affordable.
📦 Fast, Reliable Delivery
We work with trusted partner pharmacies to get your medication to your door. Shipping is sent express from $14.95 per parcel, and most metro deliveries arrive within 1-2 business days.
Prefer to pick up from your own pharmacy? That’s okay too. Just let us know - we’re flexible.
Note: If you prefer to use your own pharmacy, we charge an administrative $50 fee per script to cover the additional costs. Learn more about why we charge this fee here.

Unlike most other clinics we don't charge any additional card fees or transaction fees.
Because this treatment model isn’t covered by Medicare, patients are responsible for the full cost of their care. That said, our goal is to make plant-based healthcare more accessible, not less.
