
How Ordering Works at Herbly
If your doctor prescribes medication during your consultation, here’s exactly what happens next and how you can place your first (and future) orders with confidence.
✅ After Your Consultation
Once your prescription is approved and activated, you’ll receive an email with details to:
- View your prescription
- Browse available products
- Place your order online
If it’s your first time, don’t worry - you’ll be guided through it.
🛒 How to Place Your Order
- Browse your available prescription items.
- Add to cart anything you'd like to order. (up to your allowed monthly quantity)
- Review your cart, check shipping details, and enter payment.
- Place your order - you’ll get a confirmation email instantly.
Prefer to order and pay by phone? You can do that too. Details will be in your welcome message after your consultation.
🚚 Delivery Details
- Shipping cost: From $14.95
- Carrier: Express delivery via StarTrack
- Delivery time: Most metro-area patients receive their order in 1–2 business days
Orders placed after midday on Fridays will ship the next business day (usually Monday).
💡 Note: Our preferred pharmacies don’t deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers but do ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Collect.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to view your delivery status.
⏰ Pharmacy Operating Hours
Our partner pharmacies work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (AEDT). They’re closed on weekends and public holidays - but they’re fast and reliable on every business day.
