Whether you’re exploring plant-based treatment for the first time or switching from another clinic, your initial consultation is the beginning of a supportive relationship, not just a one-off appointment.
Here’s what to expect, what to prepare, and how we keep things simple every step of the way.
📅 Booking Your Consultation
Your journey starts online. Once you’ve completed a brief eligibility check, you’ll be able to book a phone consultation with one of our experienced practitioners. Consults are done entirely by phone, so there’s no need for Zoom links or downloads, just pick a time that suits you.
You'll receive an email confirmation right after booking, along with everything you need to prepare.
✅ What to Do Before Your Appointment
To make sure your consultation goes ahead smoothly, we ask you to:
- Complete your intake form: This gives your practitioner the context they need about your health and history.
- Pay for your booking: This secures your time slot and ensures the practitioner is ready for you.
It’s best to get both done before your consultation, that way, there’s no delay in getting you started.
📞 What the Consultation Is Like
Your doctor will call you at your chosen time, just make sure your phone is nearby and not on silent. The conversation is private, comfortable, and focused entirely on your needs.
Expect to chat for around 20 minutes. During that time, your practitioner will ask about your medical background and any symptoms or concerns you’d like to address.

- What will this treatment look like for me?
- Are there costs involved beyond the consult?
- How do I know if this is the right fit?
- How do I use the medication if prescribed?

If your practitioner prescribes treatment, you’ll receive clear next steps by email, including how to place your order and where to go for support. And if you're not prescribed? That’s okay too - we’ll always give you honest, personalised guidance with no pressure.
